Designit launched an international user study that involved a series of observations and workshops with professionals, audiologists, end users and their relatives. These critical insights were then translated into concepts that have been used in a communication strategy and launch platform that truly meet user needs.
FlexTouch® from Novo Nordisk is the world’s first prefilled insulin pen with a unique spring-loaded mechanism. It’s a reinvention of FlexPen®, which was designed in collaboration between Designit and Novo Nordisk in 1995. The new design leverages huge technological advancements made since this time and the accumulated feedback from users and healthcare professionals. Since entering the market, Flextouch® has received numerous design awards.
Aarhus Midwife Centre sought to improve communication between its pregnant women and healthcare professionals. Designit implemented new service concepts and a new digital platform based on insights from an extensive research phase. With the new service solution, Aarhus Midwife Centre has seen a 30-minute reduction in appointment time spent per pregnancy and a drastic reduction in ‘no show’ appointments.
